Our products are designed and manufactured at our factory in Washington NC.

By buying made in the USA products you are helping to support our country and provide meaningful jobs to U.S. citizens. We appreciate your support.

  1. Populate your shopping cart with your products and zip code and click the estimate button. Don't worry this will not charge your credit card.
  2. Call a customer service Representative at 252-623-2122 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 pm est.

  1. You can visit our customize tab on the main menu and this will walk you through the process for a custom quote request which you can submit online.
  2. Call our offices 1-800-910-4757 and ask to speak with a representative. If after hours please leave a voice message and a qualified representative will call you back.

Do you provide design services ?

Do you provide design services ?

Yes we have a very talented and experienced design team ready to help you with your project. In some cases you may wish to add your logo or special copy to our existing designs or in others a complete redesign may be your requirement. In either case we provide complete design, 3 D renditions or guidance and templates for you or your agency. Design fees may apply depending on the nature of the project.

What type of original art do I need for customization ?

For best results we require Vector art in high resolution format. Typically 150 dpi at 50% of size works well.

High resolution JPEG'ss, AE Files, EPS files are all acceptable. Please don't hesitate to ask us with any questions.

The following entities qualify for net 30 day terms: Public schools, Colleges, Municipalities, County and State Governments. The Federal Government. US Armed Forces.

Companies and entities purchasing for the first time are required to prepay. For customization orders a 50% deposit is required. The final 50% is due prior to shipment. Companies may then submit a credit application to [email protected] for a determination of net 30 acceptability. If the credit analysis is positive, terms will be provided. We accept checks drawn on US banks, wire transfers, American Express, Visa, Master Card and Paypal.

Yes we ship to most countries outside the US. Please provide your request to[email protected] along with your detailed address. A quote will be provided within several days of the request.

International shipments require prepayment by wire transfer in US funds or a check or money order drawn on a US bank.

How long does it take to get my order ?

Orders generally ship within 3 - 5 business days of the order date and will take from 1 to 5 business days of transit depending on your location.

Customized products generally require 4-7 weeks production time prior to shipping. This does depend on the quantity and nature of the order.

We strive to minimize the cost of shipping for our customers. So we generally wait until all products are complete so they can be shipped together. If you need something quickly and have ordered several products partial shipments can be provided upon your authorization. Extra fees may apply.

We proudly stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with the performance of any RBC product simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly repair or replace your product at our expense provided it has been used as intended and you can show us a photograph which shows fault with the product.

How long will your products last ?

Since we make a variety of equipment all in different materials it very much depends on which models. Our steel and aluminum bins last indefinitely. Our extruded plastic polypropylene bins have been known to last well in excess of 12 years depending on how and where they are used. Our wood crafted bins last indefinitely and our temporary cardboard bins are designed for a much shorter life unless used indoors where they can last years.

Yes this is a key distinction in working with us. We want your products to last. You can buy most replacement lids, flaps and other parts at anytime by calling customer service or ordering online under accessories on the home page.

Damage Upon Delivery

Damage Upon Delivery

If an order delivery arrives damaged via FedEx, please have the delivery person make a note when you sign for the FedEx delivery that the carton arrived damaged. If possible, take a photograph of the carton and email the photo with the tracking number [email protected]. A damage report will be Initiated. Set the package aside for inspection by a FedEx inspector. Recyclingbin.Com will replace the product while the FedEx investigation is underway.

If an order arrives damaged by common carrier (Truck). Please do not accept the order and sign on The bill of lading you are not accepting delivery because the order is damaged. If possible, photograph the damaged goods and notify a Recyclingbin.Com customer service representative @ 800-910-4757. Recyclingbin.Com will replace the damaged order while the claim with the trucking company is being handled.

Return Policy

Return Policy

We strive to make the most advanced and economical recycling products. We do not factor the cost of returns into our low pricing. We reserve the right to determine if an order is eligible for return. Assembled bins and items received more than 10 calendar days from the date received are not eligible for return. Please contact a customer service representative @ 800-910-4757 within this time frame to arrange a return. A credit or refund will be issued provided the product is not damaged and a 20% restocking and re-cartoning fee will be charged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
