Damage Upon Delivery
If an order delivery arrives damaged via FedEx, please have the delivery person make a note when you sign for the FedEx delivery that the carton arrived damaged. If possible, take a photograph of the carton and email the photo with the tracking number cs@Recyclingbin.com. A damage report will be Initiated. Set the package aside for inspection by a FedEx inspector. Recyclingbin.Com will replace the product while the FedEx investigation is underway.
If an order arrives damaged by common carrier (Truck). Please do not accept the order and sign on The bill of lading you are not accepting delivery because the order is damaged. If possible, photograph the damaged goods and notify a Recyclingbin.Com customer service representative @ 800-910-4757. Recyclingbin.Com will replace the damaged order while the claim with the trucking company is being handled.
