What are indicator signs and do I need them?
They're direct-printed overhead signs that label each bin's stream — Cans & Bottles, Paper, Compost, Landfill, and more — which improves sorting accuracy. They're optional but recommended, especially on multi-stream stations.
Will these fit bins I already own?
Yes — they're designed for HexCycle and MegaBin bins and add easily to existing bins. They won't impede deposits or the emptying process.
Can they be used outdoors?
Yes. They're printed with fade-resistant ink and work for indoor or outdoor applications.
What messages and colors are available?
A full range of stream messages — Cans & Bottles, Aluminum, Bottles, Glass, Paper, Compost, Single-Stream, Landfill, and more — in six colors so you can color-coordinate your program.
Is there a discount for ordering several?

We recently ordered some indicator signs along with some Hexcycle bins to place in different areas around our campus. We have them in our classrooms and common areas, and they are working perfectly. The bins with the signs especially look great against our walls. Really worthwhile to add these signs to your HexCycle bins.
